Frequently Asked Questions
How do I add a playlist?
Tap the "Add" tab and choose from four options: URL (paste your M3U/M3U8 link),
Xtream (enter your provider credentials), File (select from your device), or
Manual (create an empty playlist). Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the import.
What playlist formats are supported?
Zavro Player supports M3U and M3U8 playlist formats. We also support Xtream Codes
API for direct provider integration.
How do I change the app theme?
Go to Settings → Theme and choose between Light, Dark, or System mode. You can also
customize your accent color from the Accent Color section.
Can I backup my playlists?
Yes! Navigate to Settings → Playlist Management and tap "Backup & Restore". You can
export all your playlists to a file and restore them later or on another device.
Why is my stream buffering?
Buffering can occur due to slow internet connection or server issues. Check your network
connection and try using the Stream Health feature in the Tester tab to verify channel quality.
How do I delete a playlist?
Go to Settings → Playlist Management, find the playlist you want to remove, and tap
the delete icon. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Is my data private and secure?

Troubleshooting
App crashes or freezes
Try restarting the app. If the problem persists, go to Settings → Clear Data (this will
remove all playlists, so backup first if needed). Make sure you're running the latest version.
Channels not loading
Verify your internet connection and check if the playlist URL is still valid. Use the
Stream Health feature to test channel availability. Contact your IPTV provider if channels
are consistently unavailable.
